This place suits me perfectly! The staff helped me with a hot drink during my first cold stay. I enjoy the 24-hour reception, free wi-fi, and the comfortable rooms. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The location was unbeatable and comfortable for us!

The staff were especially helpful, the atmosphere was individual and everything was really good.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Parish Church of st Mary was incredible. The atmosphere was individual and the staff were pleasant and kind. The twin room was bright and spotless in bed sheets.

The friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted courteously, and with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

We arrived quite late (after 9.30pm) there was no room service or food available - it was suggested we went to the 24hr Asda next door

Its very laid back, clean and comfortable.

The evening meals were very poor, car parking at times were bad, people taking hotel spaces and going to other sites, and not displaying badges in the dissabled spaces.

Great location for visiting family and exploring local area. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. A great hotel with excellent service and various leisure amenities close by.

Helpful staff, but major issues

We stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Queen Room. Staff were super nice and helpful, really tried to fix our complaints, but the housekeeping was a mess-room wasn't cleaned well at all. And the air con didn't work, so it was hot! At least the bar area had some decent options. Just wouldn't recommend for a comfy stay.

It was clean and the reception desk staff were friendly and positive, The breakfast was good.

The outside appearance was poor compared to the lobby and inside.

Clean, tidy room with comfortable bed. No bath but a spacious shower with plenty of hot water.The position is convenient for both the city and the airport. Breakfast is included in the price.

There are no opening window in the rooms, but all the ventilation comes from air conditioning. I found it difficult to control the temperature.

Conscientious staff: cleanliness; comfort; spaciousness; central city location; reasonable price; late booking out time.
